We should add individual level runs

I'm thinking timing should start from the first frame gameplay is visible (after transition) and ends.... Uhh my brain's a lil foggy rn I guess on the first frame you get points for your last required thing? (Thick/NPC, for some reason I can't say the word thick with two Cs)
