I was wondering when i should start my timer? i watched the 1rst place run done by IKE4002 and the timer starts when Kara begins movement, but the rules state that timing starts upon creation of the new game. I wanna make sure I get my timing right for future runs

While doing runs for the 100% survey missions category, I've noticed that on a fresh file you start out with no stuns (the flash and the sound grenades) and no firebombs for the later fights with the beast titan. I know making it fair for every runner is a must, so I've been brainstorming for a way to circumvent this issue. Here is an idea that could work. [Rule change for 100% survey missions so you can start it on a save file that has 0% completed in survey missions and 40% completed in attack mode(finishing the story is when firebombs are unlocked) runner must show the file they are running on in the load screen.] I believe that with some slight tweaking to the rule set, this change can allow for more runners to try and tackle this challenge and lower that time even more
