Does anyone have a save file for DuckStation or any other emulator that includes the super fast "Kaiser" car by any chance?

FYI, in case you didn't know, with version 2 of Ghostbusters: Special Edition from March 2024, you can also play as Louis Tully, Janine Melnitz and Sigma (from Mega Man X) by holding left on Peter. Those would also need categories.

Completely forgot the fact it only fixes the splits and not the end time. My bad! Thank you @JFred99 ! I also took the opportunity to add that detail in the rules.

And yeah, it's strange that I don't have that glitch. No idea why. I'm on Windows 11, FYI.

What version are you guys using?

I've always had "Timing Fixes" and never had any issues entering my initials :-/

I'm using "Cannonball v034-w64". @JFred99 uses the Cannonball core for RetroArch.

Entering initials is advised but not required, but "Timing Fixes" is indeed required otherwise the time won't be accurate. Switch and DS versions also have the clock fixed compared to the broken Arcade timer.

Can you also open an "All Emeralds" (Good Ending) category for this one, same as for the SMS version?

I'd also add Nintento Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, PS5 as platforms since the game is available on the Sonic Origins collection on these platforms.

Like I said on the Monaco GP II forum, Kega Fusion 3.64, RetroArch with GenesisPlusGX and FreezeSMS also play also Game Gear as well as Genesis and Master System games.

Yes, Kega Fusion 3.64 can play Master System, Genesis, Game Gear and Sega CD. RetroArch with GenesisPlusGX core and FreezeSMS are also excellent.

I'd like to get a first playthrough done of the championship. My question is, do you have to finish first at every race? Is there a minimum position to qualify and advance to the next race?

For Super Monaco GP 1 SMS, you have to be at least 10th but the last 4 races are brutal. Not sure about this one.

As you can see in my runs, if you set your LiveSplit timer to -5,08 it will be perfectly accurate to hit 0 at the exact moment the blue light appears after starting the timer from pressing start in the main title screen.

Here's the difference between levels in case a new player is wondering. This is per my observations, so I could be wrong.

Level 1: Less traffic. Traffic is slow (easier to overtake quickly). Traffic doesn't merge.

Level 2: Max traffic. Traffic is fast (harder to overtake quickly). Traffic doesn't merge.

Level 3. Max traffic. Traffix is fast (harder to overtake quickly). Traffic merges.
