You read that right fellow speedrunners, we are removing the Difficulty variable from the leaderboard... or should I say relocating it. We have decided to move the Difficulty variable to the [Category Extension](https://www.speedrun.com/PEAK_CE) !

This has been done because there were too many possible runs on the leaderboard (around 1300+) and felt like it would've fit the Category Extension better.

*Note that the difficulties that will me moved to the Category Extension are Ascent 1 to 7, so we are keeping Tenderfoot and PEAK for the main one.*

> **But wait, what about the runs i've submitted on the leaderboard ? Are they just gone ?** 

Absolutely not! But if you want to keep them, here's what you'll need to do :

- Once the Category Extension will be open, simply submit your run again,
- Make sure to put the same time as it was on the main leaderboard to avoid us from retiming it!
