Kinda hate to say that, but only runs with the anticheat mod and /seed at the end can be accepted (considering it's random seed, set seed has different rules)

Just bang your head on the corner until you get it, there's really no setup for it, "consistancy" is achieved solely by muscle memory (tbh there's no one that's really "consistant" on it, just people that are more consistant than others, but still inconsistant)
are you asking like if you can select the "very low" graphics quality on the thingy that pops up before you start the game? if that's it then sure, why not
Does every perspective have to be recorded for the run to be official? Yes. At what point at the end of the run is time? When the stats screen appears after killing bob (on the case of multiplayer runs, the host is used for timing).
All of that can be found on the game rules tab btw.

@dzoni69 No one said your run is fake, but it does break the game rules. The rules were put in place to prevent cheating, true, but without in-game audio and the anti-cheat mod we cannot say it is faked or if it is legit, because of that uncertainty every run that breaks the rules is rejected. Anyway, the point that I want to get here is that your run was rejected because it broke the rules, not because it's not legitimate.
