Dolnośląskie, PolandHello I'm currently starting to get into the Windows series ( https://www.speedrun.com/windows ). This series is made for Windows system games (and Windows 10 Solitaire Collection as it's a direct continuation of the solitaire from previous systems). But there is problem with @Otterstone_Gamer who is using this series to add Microsoft-related games which were never added to Windows sysem (like https://www.speedrun.com/microsoft_sudoku ). Some of his games have already been removed from Windows series ( https://www.speedrun.com/tetris_for_windows ). It would be quite ok except that in these games there is only one @Otterstone_Gamer 's run and has no interest either his and other runners. As it is said in many other posts, each game on speedrun.com has real maintance cost, so because of games added by @Otterstone_Gamer, many other good and speedrunnable games requested by not-moderators are getting rejected.
You have to use DOS emulator (preferably DosBOX) with Windows 3.1 or lower. There are many tutorials in the internet how to install it. Reversi game itself is added in most versions of Windows before 3.0 but you can also download it from here: https://archive.org/details/REVERSI_201612 (in DOWNLOAD OPTIONS choose ZIP)

Please remove @Dezu123 from being moderator in Happyland Adventures (The original game), Happyland Adventures (X-mas edition) and Happyland Adventures series. He is inactive for over 6 months and I think it's more than enough to remove him. Since he is only moderator in Happyland Adventures series, can I be added as moderator for it? If not, I'm ok with it, I understand speedrun.com politics for not having moderators for small series.
I downloaded Happyland Adventures from about 10 different sources which most of them refered themselves as 1.3.1 version and the rest as 1.3 version. Then I compared main exe file and files in DATA folder using windows command line FC command and (what a surprise) all of them were exactly the same. This leads me to one conclusion: version 1.3.1 is exactly the same as version 1.3 and all @Dezu123 's theories about game speed difference between those versions are not true. The only thing that caught my attention that downloads with original Happyland Adventures installer were all 1.3 and downloads with custom installers were mostly 1.3.1. Maybe all the 1.3.1 mess was just to mark a custom installer, not different game version.
As what I understand Deathless% means that you can't lose a life (dog icon, not a heart). @Dezu123 added it because of his brother (https://www.speedrun.com/happyland_xmas/thread/b9a3z) and now he is afk for over 6 months. I actually thought about proposing the removal of this category on the forum because in most any% runs there are no deaths (and this is speedrun site, not cemetery to keep nonsense categories just for sentiment). But changing it to Any% without losing any heart may be a good idea.
Hello I have recently become moderator in games Happyland Orginal and Happyland Xmas Edition. Well, it's not correct name for this games. You can clearly see here https://imgur.com/a/Y2c6WTN (screen from game launcher) that correct names are "Happyland Adventures (The Original Game)" and "Happyland Adventures (X-mas Edition)". Please change it.
Hello I have petending run for over 3 weeks on Happyland Original. I am currently moderator of the other game from Happyland series and would like to become moderator here too. I tried to contact main moderator by speedrun.com because he don't even have any contact method. Both moderators are highly inactive on speedrun.com
If anyone is still playing Happyland Adventures, I have a question. On other forum posts there is said a lot about 1.3.1 version which I have doubts about whether it exists at all. Download links for 1.3.1 version actually lead to exactly the same game as 1.3 version (file sizes exactly the same) and in game there is written "version 1.3". Moreover, on official website there has never been released 1.3.1 version (you can chech with archive.org). So, my question is: Does anyone has a proof that 1.3 and 1.3.1 are not the same?

@ShikenNuggets, have mercy on me My request to remove alxinho.k from Mad Tracks moderators was posted exactly ago. (EDIT: 27 days) Durring this time alxinho.k logged only once to speedrun.com, probably after you wrote to him, and did exactly nothing. Can I at least know what stage you are at and what are the conditions to finally finish this case? Or I still have to have to wait for an indefinite amount of time. Anyway, it's nice to hear at least once every two weeks that something is done with it and that it has not been forgotten.
@ShikenNuggets Over two weeks ago I requested to remove inactive super-mod. You replied that you would look at it. Sorry for spamming, but I wanted to just make sure that this case didn't got lost somewhere and I will ever get an answer.

Hello I am moderator in https://www.speedrun.com/mad_tracks and there is a problem with @alexinho.k He is a super-mod, but posted only one run (about two years ago) and then did nothing to leaderboard (did't verify runs, answered on forum only once, at the very beginning). The game has recently got new release and we expect new speedruners, so we are working on a good looking of a leaderboard and inactive moderator isn't good thing. @kiraa96 (the other mod) and I tried to write to him on facebook (it seems to be only contact method to reach him) but when he finally answered, he treated us in a rather rude way and of course rejected to resign from being moderator. If it is needed, I can send screens from this conversations with him. @alexinho.k is also inactive on speedrun.com for I think 3 months, but logged once or twice, one month ago, just after we wrote to him, probably because he wanted us not to have the argument against him that he is inactive. I will be grateful for positive consideration of my request. Maltaran
And, one more thing. Last updated timer for my autosplitters is broken. Before I uploaded it one more time (as you asked) it showed 1 hour (but should show about 6 hours) After reupload... it still shows 1 hour.
Tried many times. First, I thought it's because I put it into "Splits" resource category, but after uploaded into "Tools" and with other name it didn't change anything. (by the way, in which category there should be autosplitters?) Actually it also happened before to Depresivie with his LoadRemover but after he reuploaded in zip it was ok for him.
When I am adding my zip to resources, site automatically change its extension to lss. WHY? https://www.speedrun.com/mad_tracks/resources
This game was added a few days ago. I haven't set all settings to final version yet and I had no one to consult. I am open to your suggestions about timing rules.
