you can mod the game to make the seed always the same btw

could we make a set seed catagory where all runs have the seed 1 for the map generator?

I bet 5 min could be done with dream level rng

I'm making an oblivion texture pack for this game is it okay to use and submit runs with it all it does is replace textures?
