I've been using the SNESClassic mini for my submitted runs (I think I might be the only one). I'm considering doing a modification (jailbreak) so I could play additional games on the hardware.

If I did this, I'd use a utility called Hakchi (https://github.com/TeamShinkansen/Hakchi2-CE/releases) that modifies the operating kernel so that ROMs can be added. It doesn't appear to make any changes to the native emulator or any of the existing ROMs (which include CV4), so I wouldn't expect it to have any effect on how CV4 runs on the unmodified hardware.

Would a modified SNESClassic cause concern for future runs?
