Alright, it seems like I was right. After doing my first all dungeon speedrun I did not collect any memory but completed all 4 beasts and after talking to impa did not receive the armor.

Mmmmm maybe you are right, I will have to double check that. I was almost certain it was from getting your first memory.

I agree that Amiibos should be a separate category. Also I submitted a All Dungeon speedrun that took me 6:34:29. Which is ridiculously slow but I decided to try a run without any route in mind and see where that would lead me. Lots of changes to be made but overall happy with my first run.

Champion Tunic comes from the memory quest which doesn't fit much into the divine beasts. Also, I'm not sure what triggers the ending of the "Free all the Divine Beasts" quest but just killing the bosses inside the dungeons should be enough of a criteria in my opinion.
