Now, to improve those times, and see on about competition.

I thought there were going to be amazing drifts in the No Skips. Disappointed. Of course, the time is ultimately what matters.

Jelly Drift speedrunning has been inactive for half a year, but this is great. I am feeling fantastic.

Exit corners as early as possible, unless it's a really short straight before the next corner. I believe less drift angle makes less speed loss. It seems, need to balance between corner entry speed and drift angle. Think about positioning. Use the brakes (Space key), it slows you down faster than lifting off the throttle.

I've taken a bit from racing. The line you take, racing line, inside and outside of the corners, corner entry and exit, aaaaaand last but definetely not least: the limit.

The checkpoint positions suck. On some checkpoints, you can reach them faster but be slower in the end, acceleration is the reason.

I would like to make a video on Jelly Drift, what i've found. What's fastest for each map.

I wish to use controller for more precise control, i need help on this.

System: Linux, Debian, Openbox window manager. (so it's not Ubuntu, PopOS, GNOME or KDE with their facilities for controller support, if each of them do)

The controller works fine without Steam.

• L2 is throttle (not R2, as it should be, which does nothing) No brake.

The rest is as expected but none of the other buttons do anything in game. • Left Joystick is steering as it should be • O in gameplay does menu (Start does nothing), and does going back in menu as you'd expect. • X does as expected.

ds4drv with options --emulate-xpad or --emulate-xboxdrv, do not help.
