No. And I’d suggest you don’t, the guy behind it was uhhh….not a good person. Even if it still existed months ago its bound to be gone now
So uhhh.....is the vod archived somewhere else? Since its no longer on twitch. Hopefully you still have a local archive of it somewhere.
Dang its still active? I honestly thought it would have expired by now. Oh well. Guess theres still just survival mode and the combo mode (which I don’t think anyone has speedrun).
When even KARL JOBST a veteran speedrunner is supporting the claim that the run was cheated. Thats when you know this has to be true. To all the Dream stans/fans reading this. I ask of you one simple thing. Switch perspectives, look at it from the mods side and think to yourself “what if it is true.” Think yourself about the hypothetical situation in which it is real. In which it is true. Think from the other perspective. Apologies for the confusing wording.
TLDR; Dream fans/stans. Try and think of it from the perspective of the opposite side. You don’t have to believe it, but its still a good idea to think about it from another angle.
Game is out now. Hopefully leaderboard for the game should be up within the week.
Well then, looks like via ds clock abuse and some optimization here and there through practice and proper routing, this may be something somebody actually runs. Certainly lookin forward to it :)
This certainly seems like it’ll be an interesting run. Can’t wait to see it actually get run :)
Gotcha. I think in that case an almost all trophies run might be more doable. Think of it as like 98%.
From what I can tell there is at least ONE run of All Trophies/Achievements for almost all the mainline games....except for this one.
So I have to ask, how long would an all trophies/achievements run realistically take? I know multiple saves for the endings would be a must and that the game is pretty grind heavy. My guess is around 10 possibly 12 hours considering that the runs for RB3 and VII were around 10 hours.
I think that for something like 1.16 all advancements a duo run could probably shave a decent amount of time off the run. For example one person goes biome hunting while the other say does a raid in the village to complete that challenge.
Gotcha. Not the most familiar with DE runs so figured it was worth asking.
I wonder, has anyone attempted to route out Expert Mode? I don’t know how different it’d be from the normal route but I’m assuming besides taking more time it’d have more grinding. Merely curious is all.
I'm genuinely curious. I know it only came out yesterday however the PC version has a custom difficulty feature which can allow you to increase your money and XP per battle which hypothetically could have some time grinding, and that of course may end up saving time.......if it is allowed that is. Also the PC port has higher FPS which may just in general speed up the run. Which then got me thinking "how much faster is the PC version?".
It's been an entire year. I'm FAIRLY CERTAIN the embargo is over now.
Pretty certain the Embargo is over now.
https://www.toonzone.net/arc-systems-warns-about-streaming-blazblue-cross-tag-battles-episode-mode/ The embargos been over for like 2 months. It ended June 5th according to this article. Besides why would it still be running. It's been 2 months since the game came out.
Well to be fair I wasn't sure what it would save time on, if it saves any time at all. But apparently the clip is pretty well known. So I guess I didn't really discover anything at all.
If Barrier Skip were possible on GC then that'd be pretty amazing....too bad its HD only/
