I've been trying to get in contact with the only one moderator in "diep.io" speedrun but this person has been very inactive and has held every submission. I want to submit but I don't believe I can when he is offline. Is it also possible for Moderators to be demoted if they are inactive?

The only moderator from the series is not active but a new community is on the rise and I wanted to host it being active on the website. If anyone can help me out that would be great
