A lot of users help other users with this stuff, not just site mods. It's also a place where people can have discussions about moderation. Take that away and people will make new threads wondering where they can get help with moderation disputes.
Requesting the removal of "like-a-post" so @Imaproshaman can stop liking every post on the site resulting in unnecessary notifications.
Considering the runner is listed as N/A and there are no other runs my guess is those are placeholder "runs"
More in relation to the mod's profiles themselves, not the games, since I didn't click on any video footage, but I'm sure those are bad too.
I deeply regret clicking on everything I just clicked on in association with your post.
The logical path for this to go is that everyone switches to Valhalla. Cause I mean if I'm going to be the best, I'm going to be the best in Valhalla, damnit.
It's just an example, hardly something that matters in context here but ok
Hell yea I am. Once you realize you'll never be the best at something, you can never feel bad about being exactly that. So now I can try to be the best at something, but its cool if I can't do it.
I mean you realize that flags are already displayed right? You'll also notice an issue with the runner at the top of this list. He lists his location as Antarctica.
So you have to be suggesting that not only do we create over 100 separate leaderboards based on location, but that our location would have to be proven. Which falls under various issues with privacy.
Unless you mean like a toggle for countries but I still don't see the point. It defeats the purpose of the leaderboard entirely. Unless you're just trying to get satisfaction out of being the best in your country, state, etc. But that doesn't mean shit if you're the only one running the game there.
A comment section should be a feature only if you're allowed to choose from a preset of twitch speed copypasta
You could even embed users' src times pages if the site admins were ok with that
please no
also yeah I don't see the point. why does anyone need to know what achievements you unlocked in game? lmao
bots are bumping old threads so even after their post is deleted it still shows its bumped. this is worse than splicing
My AV famicom came with the power brick made for that console. It's all I've used for 4 years without issue. Not sure what the hesitation there is.
AV famicom is great, it's my main system, but there's a sizable price difference compared to just an adapter
This issue was resolved, move on
No vid, no did. And an explanation vid doesn't count. No, I wouldn't say this counts as cheating, but I would personally refrain from posting a time I couldn't prove, but it's a rather unpopular 3DS speedrun so I doubt a bunch of people are going to come along demanding video proof.
If it helps there are reputable sellers for converters out there. None of which I've ever heard having problems. Hell, Hudson Soft sold one years ago called the Honey Bee
Well the alternative is to just get a famicom.
Well, Japanese consoles can be used in north america without issue, unlike PAL.
For famicom you just need an adapter. 60 pin to 72 pin and vice versa. I've been playing NES games on my av famicom for years now without issue.
