If i submit a run that i did a typo/messed up on whem submitting, is there any way i can fix it?

I messed up on my submission and accidentally put the in game time in the real time and the real time in the in game time. is there a way I can fix it?

When exactly does the timer start in a speedrun? Is it immediately after the loading screen? or do I wait like 2 seconds for the chunks to load then start?
