Forkphorus is now allowed. More details in the "Game Rules" section.
Oh really? I have dark mode turned on in chrome, so it's probably that.
If you're using forkphourus you'd have to verify that you're running at 30 fps, etc. I'm pretty sure we'd be able to tell if forkphourus is being used since it has a dark theme and everything runs smoothly.
That's a good idea. I think they should still be on the same leaderboard, maybe have a Forkphorus? (Y/N) column
Personally I'm in favor of allowing it, becuase 1) It's faster (:P) 2) It's more fun to run without lag and 3) It won't matter if you have a great computer or not to get a good time with minimal lag.
@Jump The 100% category stares down in disapproval. You have angered him. :P
Any thoughts on whether we should allow Forkphorus for runs? I saw that Paper Glider now allows it so I wanted to start a conversation on allowing it here as well. I don't know how much time using Forkphorus would save.
When using Forkphorus for runs, you would have to verify that your settings are as close to the main scratch game as possible before or after each run (30 fps, Turbo Mode, Image Smoothing and Sprite Fencing off)
If you don't know, Forkphorus is a website that takes Scratch projects and converts them directly to JavaScript, eliminating most/all lag that one experiences while playing on the main scratch site. Link: https://forkphorus.github.io/
We probably wont do that, the reason why there's a 75% category is because scratchnapped used to only have 3 levels, but then 75% became obsolete when level 4 got added. I guess they decided to keep the 75% category.
They'd probably be put on separate leaderboards since they're different games. I haven't played either of them.
Yeah we're probably gonna add 100% ILs soon, and I thought about making an All Coins + All Enemies defeated category or something similar.
