Is there any advantage to playing on an older patch (1.5) or is that just a difference between PC and console and how they update or something like that.

I'm interested in running four houses and I just wanted to know if you can start from a prexisting save with no other cards unlocked but with access to relics like they do in the world record speedrun as it is not stated by the rules. Thanks!
