I dont think its spliced since it would be stupid to splice a bad time on category that is not popular.

we could also say times under 30 minutes require video since only 1 run has a time that good and it has video

4. Feel free to speedrun on emulator it just wont be added on the leaderboards.

you can still speedrun all you want it just wont be added to the leaderboards. If you want it to be added then you have to have a physical copy. The dont cost that much.

For world 4 and 6 Any% IW rules it says: "Beat all levels necessary to get to the airship, including the airship." Now the problem is that the old rules said that you didnt need to beat the airship so the WR, set by AC_Overdose, for world 4 and 6 didnt beat the airships. I was interested in running IW for world 4 but i have a big disadvange now.

To fix this promlem i think you should change the rules back to the old rules instead of deleting his runs.

You can skip 4-A and thats it. its probably not even any faster to skip it because you need to do twice and the cannon cutscene is long so..... its dumb.
