GermanyYou have no proof that the chinese version is fake. There for, there is no legit reason to make a seperate leaderboard. Get proof and they will gladly make it, believe me.

You can clearly see " Capcom Co. LTD 2001-2003 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" on the case. What more proof is needed?!
If the japanese community thinks, that the chinese version is unoffical, shouldn´t they first contact Capcom-Asia (Which has it´s office right outside of Hong Kong btw) and confirm that the chinese version is not offical, before stating ANYTHING about the Website and it´s Resident Evil 3 Moderator´s and Runners? Showing proof something is not offical is the first step. Not the other way around.
About1-2 Seconds everytime you pick an item or get a text option "Yes/No" So about 30-40 seconds I think
