Angie's first spawn is always the same, up the stairs in the foyer

Her second spawn can be one of two locations in the Living Room. Next to the futon In the back corner next to the window It's possible to tell if she's next to the bed as soon as you enter the Living Room by listening for her unique giggle, if you don't hear her she's next to the window.

Angie's third and final spawn also has two locations, In the unmarked hallway next to the elevator In the foyer next to the blocked off door I haven't been able to get a consistent giggle from her at the Foyer location, so I recommend glancing to the right quickly to spot her before committing to the elevator spawn.
