For now it's all fine and dandy. Runs should be required to be done on at least the weird autumn update, I feel the previous runs can stay and that should be a rule going forward. If someone was really going for gold doing it on an earlier patch and getting to skip the Gregg cutscene and the additional dialog would be a bit unfair. That being said no one has cleanly run this game yet, and the current WR can easily have 5-6 minutes shed off

Demontower has not changed as far as I can tell. Including that dumb glitch where sometimes the key room straight up doesn't appear on level 1
