I don't intend on running, but I know there is a trick when bowser breaks his back and toadsworth sits to have tea, you can push certain buttons to skip 2-3 minutes of teatime

I completely agree, recordings should only be mandatory for the top 3 runs. I don't know why videos are required for so many runs now, and I think it is silly given how hard it can be to record. Capture cards cost a lot of money and pointing the camera at the screen does not work for many. I hope your runs can get accepted soon!

Hello Pandaslaw, welcome to speedrunning! The 2 most important tricks would probably be in 2-6 and 5-6, but there is not a guide for 5-6 yet. In 5-6, you go to the room with the floating door and all the number balls. You want to jump and flutter above it, and then throw an egg and press up to enter the door right afterward.

I felt like it was inconsistent, so I put them in my first guide. If I ever find more, I will put them at the top of the guide.

I feel like this game could become mostly obsolete in a month or so, and die down. We could add a 2 star category to keep the community going for longer. (2 stars in each level, so about half the collectables in each level) This could encourage routing to find the fastest batches of collectables, without getting all.

Yeah, I think cutting the tutorial from the run is a good choice too, and starting on clicking Ghana or something. Plus, the tutorial is not even useful for 100%

Hello, new player here. I am comsidering running this game in a few months and I am wondering some things: What are some big speedrunning tricks for this game? How much time is there to save on this game? If you respond, thanks!
