How do you disable the graph on the KPS?

I seen that playing in windowed mode can help in Act 1 with reaching the ball to die, but how do I play in windowed?

How do you drop the P345 you find in the bowling alley and drop it during the doctor cutscene so you can pick it up after you give it to him?

I do it easily on Linux v1.001 which is one of the best versions of Undertale for speedrunning in general.
