Yeah, they could also just give themselves all the really good items. Doing it from level 1 makes more sense.

As it says, the run can be with all items/skills/weapons already collected, does that mean you can do it at whatever level you have the character at? So.. I can do the run with like, for example, Talon at level 5 rather than level 1?
