idk cosmetics% just seems like a better name since the category includes help from morphs

While we do have the All Checkpoints catogory, it would be nice to have a true shortcutless category, for courses like Blitz, Skywars, and Arcade Games. There may be only a few that fall under this category, but there are only 6 courses that fall under the Any% category as well.

Other possible ideas for categories would be Gadget% and No Sprint. There could also be categories for fastest times on each section of each course.

Hoping these ideas are taken into account :)
