Please help me it is messing up my speedruns :(

Is there anyway to make the load times faster? I tried setting graphics to the lowest and it didn't do anything, the really long load times are kinda starting to get in the way of enjoyment for speedrunning this game because I have to wait 10 seconds to play 5 seconds of gameplay. Also another question, I have gotten like 10 good runs but the last clip in the museum I got stuck in the wall every time, is there a way to make that more consistent?

Do I need the LiveSplit timer and need it to be all the splits and everything to be correct to have a run submitted on the website? Or can I just edit in a timer into the corner of the recording and upload the video to YouTube? (I'm new to submitting runs on here and want to start speedrunning this game.) Thanks!!
