Hey! This is a known glitch that is banned from the runs, because you can't consistently reproduce them. From the rules: "Certain known glitches are disallowed. All runners should restart the game after resets to prevent the Mission 12 and Mission 15 dialogue glitches."

You should always restart the game before you start a run to avoid running into this glitch. Thanks for posting this here! :)

I added a list of tools in the "Resources" tab. These are the most common tools for displaying frames and capping them. If there's any tool you use that's not on the list and should be allowed, please respond here!

There might be a difference at the refresh rates (FPS). This might influence the times. Usually NTSC has a higher rate and would be preferrable. But I think we didn't really investigate that yet.
