yeah i suggested ng+ for the elvis costume between files, as it should not at all be counted for any% thanks to it being prerun setup (needing a file that already unlocked the costume)
also hndfhng are you in the discord? i noticed the discord server invite on the boards here are invalid but if you look at the rrr console boards (should just be speedrun.com/rrr) you can find a working invite

hopefully mods can deal with this accordingly, i would suggest a category split for any% since this is a pretty big route changer, and isnt really consistent with the warp. old any% category would be renamed to "Any% No 4-4 Warp" while a new category just called Any% will be made, which allows the use of the warp
emu would also prob have to enforce a gba bios so resetting if the game crashed would be accurate to real hardware, where itd show up the gba startup screen. hopefully a mod actually sees this and does something lol

if you want to get it on the boards id suggest doing a run first and then it could be considered
