Please keep in mind that using this thread is a last resort, in case the current moderators are not responding or refusing your help without justification. You should always start by asking the Super mods of a game/series as they are also able to add mods. Best way to contact game mods is probably through Twitter for now. Also try the game forums, many users get notifications when threads are created for games they follow.
Moderator inactivity doesn't apply until around 3 weeks, depending on other circumstances, and it is expected that you try to contact them (exceptions may be made if they have been offline ~3+ months.)
An admin or full mod will respond to your post when they review it; if there is no response, it hasn't been reviewed yet.

He wasn't technically the mod of CSCZ, he is the mod of the series, and had mod powers for CSCZ for this reason. There wasn't any specific mod for CSCZ, now you are.

If there are some games that were on your list and that have not been deleted, then I assume they don't meet the criterias. That's a pretty impressive list by the way, did you do it by hand ? ^^
I partly solved your issue.
You are now moderator of DMC1 and the series moderators don't have powers there anymore (it is easily changeable just in case). As for the other games of the series, most of them don't have any specific moderator so I left things as they are. If some runners are willing to do the same thing as you just did, they can use this thread as well.
We'll just need some time to handle these because the current list is quite... long Kappa
We can't remove the super mods for a single game in the series, but I still added the game to the series.
The ideal size of the logo is 180x32 Try to change yours to reach this size. My suggestion would be to make a single line. I don't exactly know what it does represent but I think you'll have to tweak that anyway.

As long as it's not fake times, I don't see where the problem would be to add other player's times to your leaderboard. Even more if you already had a leaderboard for this game before and you're just transferring it here.
Fixed. Watch out next time you're editing a game, not to remove yourself from the moderators :) (This is the only way I see for that case to happen)
I just told Lighnator and Pac about that, I hope they'll put some security to avoid this in the future.

Just over the Submit button in the Edit Game panel, there's Rules, and this one :)
You also need to add a category for ILs to show up
For the Misc categories thing, you need to mark a category as miscellaneous first.
This is done by checking the "misc" checkbox when creating or editing a category, you can see an example here :
There seemed to be a conflict between the 2 pages, because when I wanted to edit your page I always landed on the edit page of the one Dugongue created. I will talk about that to the admins.
