please help!, i cant start 1 player mode only 2 player mode and i dont know why.

Can i use bsnes emulator, is it the same as zsnes?

It says Nestopia is allowed but is Nestopia UE the same, is it allowed?

I will post it on youtube and ask the moderators to slow the video to .25 speed so its normal for them.
