agreed, i think there should be a rule that the game is locked to 60fps like default. I just played unlimited fps and it is CRAZY

this game has a LARGE amount of copyrighted music, resulting in VODs being muted and youtube videos being claimed. In runs its not optimal to turn off music in settings, as you have to create a new profile as it starts from start screen. I was wondering if we could get a way around this? Personally I like having game audio but having heavily copyrighted music is not great for streamers. Right now its either take the time loss from muting game audio or suffer from VOD muting and youtube dmca. Right now I can think of a few fixes, but wondered what other people thought.

1. runners are allowed to load an empty profile for runs with settings like resolution and audio configured. as long as profile creation is shown before run begins, no cheating etc could happen
2. just time runs from when the actual story mode is clicked instead of from menu, IE when "Championship" is pressed, so runners can configure settings without timeloss.
3. idk figure out how to set default settings from config, or delete music files somehow so they dont play

yeah you're entirely right, I was thinking this earlier. Ignoring the time freezy things is optimal and runs in leaf sliding should focus on optimal routes.
