What is the definition of Set seed and Set seed glitchless? Can I put the same Glitchless run on Set seed?

I also see that a Set Seed run in "Reach Bedrock" that don't show the world creation interface are in the first place in Random Seed Glitchless, is this allowed?

I already have an item in the saved world, does reloading it count as obtaining?

For example, if the diamond armor is already worn in seed "7", can I submit a 0.001 diamond armor run with it?
