forgot to set the timer to game time (will for next run) but here's the game time from the splits editor. Hopefully this helps
This image goes so hard. I'd like to describe the immense detail in a single screenshot of SFPA:
-
squiggles draining to the left signifying a purchase
-
ice cream popping out of the sawblade, specifying the purchase
-
power berry ice cream costing 50 squiggles, meaning it hasn't been purchased yet (same with health bar crunch). Also the health and power are both at x1.0, repeating this information in a different form
-
health bar crunch is saturated meaning he still has at least 20 left over, and power berry is unsaturated meaning he has less than 50 squiggles
-
smoke particles showing fancy's last location & slide boost
-
background having both red ground and notebook paper meaning he's right before the final boss
-
you start the game with 3 lives and 0 squiggles, so purchasing the sawblade (400 squiggles) at 6 lives without being able to afford the berry blast after (less than 50 squiggles remaining) must mean that you died once, since 400 to 449 squiggles gives +4 lives, landing you at 7
lastly, it has a comical element to it, as the sawblade is the most useless attack - even often counter-useful, since it removes the charged forward air attack from your arsenal. closing words: this screenshot is truly a work of art. Ripe with detail, it tells a story beyond what one might imagine in a single still image of a game.
