Do you not consider first Agent 3 and NILS statue to be boss fights?

Hiya, I've recently picked up the game and after doing a grueling iron fist run through Southpaw (with many continues) for my first time, I found there is a mode known as Allison Fist Mode. You run through the tower as Allison and only Allison. Floors are also randomized like in Iron Fist and you only get 1 live and no continue points. It's another difficulty like Open and Closed Fist, and since there's leaderboards for each difficulty, why not include Allison Fist mode too.

I've read the rules for this game, considering getting into running the game after I've beaten it on a casual replay, but I only have the game on the Wii U's Virtual Console. Is there any rules against it or is it just like the current rules for emulators?
