I don't know who to talk to though, but the glitch starts you out with 4 characters that all hit for 700 damage and 11 hits. I found it way back in '92 or '93 and didn't think much of it until my friend was playing Final Fantasy and I told him and he freaked out. Who do I speak to?

I found a glitch wayyyy back in '92 or '93 that I did for fun on Final Fantasy for the NES that started me off with 4 characters that would hit for 11 hits from the get go and deal 700 damage. Told my friend about it because he was playing Final Fantasy and he told me to come here and tell it to someone because it could change the speedrun of the game forever if it's allowed.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I have no idea who to talk to. Can someone help me out? I am BRAND NEW to this site, although I obviously know about speedruns of games.
