California, USAStarted using manual in career mode. Now I smokith them all. Auto trans in this game is borderline bugged.
Any yall know if skill points affect performance during practice laps? I'm lvl 7 and messed up and don't want to restart career or grind for xp just to do lvl runs. Either I messed up or I just suck. I'm lvl 7 and opponents are all higher lvl than me and I cant win any races. Is it normal for opponent drivers to be 5 levels higher than yourself?
What would be the description of the 100% (locked) catagory?
What are the points/frames at which an IL starts and ends? First frame that the ball counter shows 10? The backround of the level appears? End on the frame the ball enters the pocket? First frame that shows rainbow?
Just trying to find out so I know if times I'm getting are decent or not.
Thoughts on a Loaner/Reward car IL catagory?
I don't have much interest in it myself, but as they cant be tuned it would be sort of a "Stock" catagory. I figure it would be more approachable for any newcomer that wanted to try their hand at a track and not spend time learning the tuning in the game.
I'm not sure If one is flatout better than the other, but the Maserati or the Aston may be better at different tracks meaning more than just Zonda, Zonda, Zonda.
I think I read somewhere on the www. that ye ol Nfs Shift competitions used to be done with the Loan/Rew cars to keep a level playing field.
Anyway, I'm aware it's a bit uncalled for as this is a mostly pointless game to set times on and I would not envy the mod who would have to deal with run submissions. I just thought I would bring it up and see if any of the other couple active players or the mod(s) had any interest in starting such a catagory.
I just want to verify if track cuts are allowed on these IL as the game does still show a lap time at the end of the race.

I figure if a "Track cut" is recognized by the game and the "Lap time will not count" that would diqualify it from a lap run. Idk if thats an actual rule, but none of the runs I have seen include egregious track cuts and I think that would be a fair rule for IL.
Nordschleife IL section runs "Aremberg, Karussell, Nurburg" Have to be done from a dig. As in not running the whole track and retiming the sections.

So would I be correct in saying the IL catagory "No nos/wcg" is No nos/no uniques/ and something about the corolla?
I guess partiatlly what im asking is whats the difference between "no nos/no uniques" and "no nos/WCG"
