Throwing in a vote for an Any% 1P category. It seems very silly to me to have an Any% 2P category without 1CC but not a 1P category.

I saw that JaekRock was putting in some 4P coop runs. He commented in his run it might be time for a 3P and 4P subcategory.

Been thinking about trying to get some people together to also do something similar with 3P and 4P, and wanted to throw my vote in behind it.

Why does the video jump from like 1:14 to the end of the run? Seems like there is 20s or so missing.

When I was looking for this game on speedrun I noticed that it seems to have 2 spaces in it "dragon__saber" and that searching for "Dragon Saber" does not bring it up but searching for "Dragon Saber" (2 spaces) does.

Might be worth putting in a mod request to fix so the game is easier to find for people to play.

I was thinking maybe instead of points have time end when you Beat Level 5 (19 trees)

The points wont work as well 2P because you get 1000 points for dropping a tree on your friend.

Beating Level 5 seems like it might encourage better teamwork.

According to https://shmups.system11.org/viewtopic.php?t=46230 there are version differences that may or may not affect gameplay between different versions of XII Stag.

Dont know what they are, seem to maybe be related to auto back fire and some old issues in the MAME project.

Either way, for that reason, we are going to split the Platforms up into different subcategories.

If anyone has any further information please chime in here.
