I would be ok seeing OoB introduced into AS if either No Major Glitches or Glitchless became a thing. It does seem like the two are contingent, but I wanted to be clear on what my thoughts are.

I like the idea of a Glitchless category. Mainly, I support the reason Chunk gave. It provides a simple flow chart to determine if something is or isn't allowed:

Is it a glitch? If yes: It's banned; If no: It's not banned
