seems like you dont have ag, download it in openag.pro download full mod package and extract it and put the folder you extracted (folder name is ag) in your steam half-life directory so in steamapps\common\Half-Life now restart steam and you should have a game in your library called openag which you can connect to the server from :)

play ag, sourceruns got some servers to practice your movement :)

try disabling preview (its called performance mode in streamlabs if you use that) also make sure v sync is off in nvidia control panel and one last thing is that maybe you are using goldsrc package and i had worse performance on it than 2005 version of the game so try switching to 2005

you could practice in the nghl client which is pretty much pirated and submit runs when you get the game on steam
