I know that the mods said that ePSXe is the only legal emulator for runs of the game via emulation. But I’m wondering if we can also other Emulators into the list too sometime like DuckStation or Beetle PSX HW?

So I wanted to run the GBA version of the game as that's the version that I own Physically, But I don't own a GameCube or GB Player. I was wondering on which Emulator should I be using for a run to be acceptable?

I'm glad to see that they'll be other runners of the Infinity Games. I've actually been wanting to re-work on Inside Out Any% on the Gold Edition as I wanted to see on how fast the loading time difference is with an SSD

With 3.0 Gold Edition. Does the timing still start on saying Yes to a New Game or for when you press X to Continue on the Character Selection Screen?

So I'm attempting some Inside Out Any% runs and I have a couple of questions before I start Livestreaming. I have a couple of questions.

1. Is it okay to use Xbox Direct Capturing for runs? (I don't own an HDMI Capture Device at this time to include a timer)
2. Do Any% runs have to includes the Jangles Fight?

Load times CAN Vary. For example, The Wii U version takes a while to load as it has to load from Disc whereas the Xbox One version takes less time due to it being installed on the Hard Drive and only needing the Disc for DRM Purposes.

I can care less personally as loading times can give me a chance to Drink something or Stretch

If you DO make it to SGDQ with the FInal List, Will you be giving the Community a shoutout at least? (I think that the DI Community is underrated)

If there WILL be one. I recommend that Timing would start in Emotion Control and ends on the results screen for "Looking for Treble, Phase 3" (Unless you wanted to do New Game+ with the optional Jangles fight)

I didn't even know that Disney kept records of Infinity runs xD

Also, I will NEVER attempt 100% as it's just not fun and I wanna go fast :p

Being online doesn't affect running the game at all as the Update should have both Battlegrounds and Findingg Dory's Data downloaded to that person's system

I thought with 100% on Inside Out would be to get all of the Mind Manual Pages, Popping all Balloons and Getting all the Idea Bulbs on every Level (I consider just bypassing everything Any% and NG+ with a Completed file just to avoid the Cutscenes and the Memory Matrix mini-games)

Well in this case with NG+ on Inside Out. I start recording on Pressing Continue and start the Timer on Character control and stop the Timer on the results of the Final Level. (I do NG+ to avoid the cutscenes and the Memory Matrix mini-games)

I do have two lists (One with and without the Jangles fight as for me in NG+, Jangles is an optional Boss as the Final Level just makes you go Back on Headquarters instead of Continuing)

I've been trying to do an Inside Out Any% run myself using Fear. Glad I'm not the only one interested in DI Speedrunning :) (I also just got an Elgato HD60 S, so attempts on my Twitch will soon be happening :))

IMHO:

In Speed Terms throughout the run: Go with either Bash or Zap In Boss Terms (Especially Kaos): Go with Drobot or Trigger Happy

No, 100% would be Story Mode levels only AFAIK. The "DLC" Levels shouldn't count for 100%
