SwedenNew heists in Los Santos Tuners update should be added as categories. I suggest adding each of the Contracts as separate categories and an All Auto Shop Contracts category.
EDIT: Actually, should probably hold off on making an All Contracts category as they haven’t all been released yet.
It has to be a full uninterrupted run if you want to submit it to this leaderboard.

LiveSplit. There are guides for it on YouTube. But you don't actually need to show a timer for the run to count.
Just submit a new run.
Great idea, there should also be a 0% category: time stops when you start the game.
They will be there unless you turn them off in the Interaction Menu.

If Epsilon missions are added why not add other Strangers and Freaks missions like Tonya, Paparazzo, weed guy etc.?
I think it makes sense to add them to ILs though.
Doesn't Rockstar Games already have their own leaderboards for races? So why put them here too?
