I'd like to see Cadence Any% added so I can try adding a run of that to my SR profile.

I'm not a fan of the idea and I wouldn't use it if it were implemented. That being said, there is always room on the site for more stuff. You could put it on the Info section of a person's profile. Maybe it'd look like this...

On the Extra Categories board, there are a few categories that only have one run (95 Exit Co-Op, 86 Exit Small Only, Lunar Dragon Small Only). That seems to be the minimum number of runs needed to establish a category. I bet that's easy enough to accomplish.

I am not in favor of removing Guitar Hero or Rock Band from Speedrun.com.

You could ask him for his phone number and then call or text him. That's one potential option to consider, assuming you both have phones.

Alright, the category is set up now. Go nuts :)

I don't see why not.

If the main issue is that emulators are faster than N64, a solution that works for everyone would be to keep emulators in their own category. That prevents the console runners from having to compete with them while still allowing emulator runners to participate even without being able to afford real hardware. Win-win.

As of right now, it seems as if my comment from 10 months ago is incorrect. The current moderators seem not to want to verify runs on this website unless those same runs have also been submitted/verified on MMLB, so make an account on both sites if you intend to have your runs on here.

I feel this pain. I've got a run that's been sitting in queue for four months and every time I bring it up to somebody, I'm met with apathy. Mods are actively ignoring it and staff allow it. It can be very frustrating.

Are there any games or users which these rules might not apply to? I wonder.

Tell me your stories. I wonder how long some of you have had to wait and why. Were the moderators on vacation? Maybe you submitted just as everyone left for GDQ? Did they just dislike you? Perhaps they got special treatment from the staff of Speedrun.com? Whatever the situation, let me know 'cause I'm feelin' extra curious.

Here's my own personal PB: 124 days and counting for a run of Mega Man X (Any%, Buster Only) - https://gyazo.com/b62c698f90acccc02f97a1ba21bf0955 (Since June 1st, eww!) Is this WR? Maybe we should make a board.

I like calzones with chicken, spinach, pineapple, and ricotta/mozzarella cheese. That's my jam.

Oh man, what I wouldn't give for a 10-day wait period.

I love the idea of a culture of open feedback. Unfortunately that, like the MMLB/SR API sync, is still in development. As recently as a few hours ago, a guy got his post deleted when he expressed some concern over inactive moderators of a particular leaderboard. You hate to see it.

I'd like to suggest we consider changing the "21 days" rule to "121 days" instead. That'll give the Mega Man X moderators a few more weeks to ignore all the runs sitting in queue without having to worry about being labeled as inactive. Someone's gotta look out for these guys. Thoughts?

I have a run that's been sitting in queue for three months and nobody will look at it. Feels bad.
