After thinking about it for over a long time.. I believe that this should be allowed. Level 6 skip will be allowed in NMS Any% runs.
Until then, don't use this trick until further notice from me.
I tested it out and it really does work wtf?? Anyways I'll think about it carefully about it. It's possible I might add it to NMS.

I'm indeed aware about the unsharing of Stealth! But, I had the game on and I was barely able to archive this game. If my game wasn't open, the leaderboards would be dead.

That clip happens because when your standing on that pipe, your kinda "hovering" over it, but since you jumped, you don't get that hovering effect, and you can clip inside of it because your not standing on the collision.
