AntarcticaI've been trying to mimic other people doing this glitch, I do this.
- Token cancel
- Wait about 1-2 seconds
- Jump into IC
- Groundpound
- Jump back into IC
- when the IC animation ends, land back onto ground and crouch, pause the moment you crouch
- Go into snapshot mode as fast as possible and hold "W"
Am I doing anything wrong? Is there something I am missing?
Sage, Ssurt_, or Speedrun should just speedrun these levels because they are easy world records

Use sage 211 WR for reference go to 0:14 to see what I mean. I tried mimicking what he does. But it doesn't work for me. I tried searching for a tutorial since lots of people do it all the time. Yet there's not a single video even talking about it.
It should be the same, it sometimes depends on what you are doing the token cancel on. Is there a specific part you are having that most trouble?
RTA = Real Time Attack TA= Time Attack
Basically RTA is the real time of the real world, and TA is the in game time which usually doesn't include loading screens. Put RTA as "Time" and TA as "In Game Time"
In most new speedruns, I always see players somehow glitch into computer rooms and it looks like they are having a seizure. Is there a tutorial for this? and explanation?

Robot 64 is probably best for a roblox speedrun, it has an in game timer so no need for livesplit. Also, there is lots of tips and you can always find improvements

In speedruns, I see a lot of people use token cancel, get the ice cream on top of the observatory, then they go SUPER fast. How do you do this? I know how to use token cancel. Yet I always go slower than they do. Is there a certain trick I don't know?
I see in speedruns that they use token cancel to make beebo collect the IC in the IC animation. I can do this, but it only lets me dives. I see other speedrunners doing what looks like beebo rolling on the ground. and then collecting it while staying in place. How do you do this?
The only "noclip" glitch that you can use is the one used in sage211 run. It's very difficult and only top players use it. Also there isn't a tutorial on that specific glitch used in sage's run, or at least one I know of
Basically it means that you cannot use the level creator to walk through the walls (to make sure you get all 32 ice creams before the sun
