last run was 4 months ago so either inactive verifiers or inactive community :/

So I submitted a Blue Yourself Custom Items run like 2 weeks ago as a joke (it was last on the leaderboard). It got approved and it's on the leaderboard now. I did not include the VS Race settings screen for this run, as the rules say, "Please include the VS race settings screen, although this is not required. " More recently, I submitted a non-joke run to Blue Yourself Custom Items, also without the VS Race settings screen. It got rejected for not having the VS Race settings screen. Is this my fault?
