If I am doing a run but it takes so long I have to break inbetween am I allowed to pause my timer and restart it the next time I continue the run?

I remember multiplayer categories being a thing. Are they no longer available?

So I've recently done my first run and from what I have seen it usually takes 1-2 weeks, but it has been about 18 days. Is this normal or is there anything I can do to speed the process up? Thanks.

I know this has already been mentioned a few times but can we please have seperate glitchless and glitched categories. I have been trying to learn the glitches because without them I don't stand a chance, yet I much prefer the regular way of running it with no glitches. If any mods actually ever see this just please add it in. Thanks
