Texas, USAA while ago, this game was in a weird state. At one point we had 500+ runs to verify, 2 mods (me and ProTNTD), a top game on the site in bad condition, weird categories, clutter, etc. Now, we have a good 5 mods, good mods, 0 runs to verify, still a top game (in now a good condition), less clutter, 4 categories, fixed rules and fixed category names, more activity (especially cuz of the runs verified now) Thank you so much. Mainly to the mods. All of you now have your runs on the leaderboards (the allowed ones anyways), hopefully no more bothering us for that. I'll admit, I didn't do much with this after the new mods came. (mainly because I had this feeling of laziness I haven't had since the other mods came along cuz Vizu left). I do need to help more but I have been modding and verifying since mid-2020. That is crazy. Even bigger thanks to ProTNTD and Lorstarcutter especially for helping this mainly. ProTNTD, for being a Super Mod and taking good care of this game, allowing some changes, making me a mod in the first place, etc. and Lor for making all those forum threads helping others, helping us make choices, etc. And of course, dylancubr, Xeru (xe) for taking up hours of their days, every day, just to verify runs on this site. Also to Mrraincloudy, enchanterisbanned, Vizu, and anyone else who has helped in some way along the way. :)
We now have 400+ runs. We're one of the high-ranking games on the "Games" page and we only have 2 mods to verify all these runs. We have so few mods and we need a solution. I don't know what we'll do yet but you can message me asking to be verifier/mod and I will see. We badly need help. Just be patient. Not even joking, we're both verifying every day.
We have 300+ runs pending right now and we are trying to get them verified or rejected. @Lor is the most active in this but I am going to start putting a lot of time into this, all so these runs can show up on leaderboards. Please don't message mods or forum post just to ask for a specific run to get verified. We are working on it. Thanks for the patience.

JD2021 has been announced 15 minutes ago by the time of this post. It wasn't announced at Gamescom but in a Nintendo Direct. All the previews and trailers are at the Just Dance YouTube channel! Also, the trailer in their YT channel and in the Direct are different so make sure to check them both out.
So I submitted a run and I'm waiting on verification but it says I'm 2nd because I also entered in Real Time. Then scroll until you see one that says "In-game timer", that should already be on, then where it says "Default timing method, choose "In-game time". It's faster to type and it's a shortened version. Other games on sr.com do this as well.

Almost every time I visit a different page, it shows up telling me to try again later. Not sure if this is a site bug or my device but it happens way too often.
So I became a verifier so I can verify runs and something that started happening is that we're rising and rising on the leaderboards. We've passed a lot of games with more mods than us. Legend of Zelda, Wii Sports, smb3, gta 5, smg and more. Our Mission: Hollow Knight, Resident Evil 2, Microsoft Solitaire, Helltaker, Spongebob BfBB (2003).
I see R0main is the only one to have a run in this game. I'm gonna change that. Although I've never played this hack before and I don't have to experience speedrunning NSMBW, I have seen the whole game being played a bunch of times so I will attempt this myself. Also, this is an underrated NSMBW hack.

If I were to speedrun this game on a console, (Xbox One, PS4, Switch) where would I submit? I only see Android and PC. Also, am I allowed to use glitches? Like the one where you pause when a door is closing and it stays closed for the rest of the night without using door power.

There is literally one run in this game and it's by a platform not mentioned. Wow.
So I saw the rant this guy made https://www.speedrun.com/just_dance_2020/run/m350xk6y and I had to question myself. How do you speedrun Just Dance? I made a forum post but it didn't really answer my question. Like seriously, "You have to dance" and "Dance as fast as you can" aren't rules. They don't make sense, plus speedrunning a game where the only thing that makes runs faster is scrolling through menus is ridiculous. WHY????
With Just Dance you can't change the songs length or anything like that. Only thing you can really change is which songs will make a playlist go faster and navigating the menus faster. Songs will have the same length though so what can we change? Just Dance is about scores anyways.
Please add IL leaderboards for Newer Wii. Newer DS has IL leaderboards along with the main series games so why not this game?
