does anyone know if there are any differences with the japanese versions of clockwork knight 1 & 2? and if so, do they matter for the run?

Started playing this obscure platformer from 2001 on a PS2 emulator and could already tell it was very buggy. I've found some glitches already and I want to share it. I hope to find more glitches the more I play this, but hope other people can look into this not very good game with me. Hopefully making it into a speedgame.

Is there any differences depending on the version that make the game faster or slower and why isn't there an IL leaderboard?

I was told there was a glitchless run for Rayman 2: The Great Escape but it's not in the leader boards.
