To be fairly established, talk to different streamers and offer to help in community events. You have to show you're invested and in turn the connections you need to become established will form with helpful runners.
I never understood the point of having more people in a community. It really depends on what kind of people you have. Mirror's Edge has a somewhat unique speedrunning community because it attracts the most invested players for a long time and everyone is more familiar with each other which in turn leads to becoming more helpful and also builds friendly competition. Generally speaking, if the game were very easy to run, you'd have a lot of people without a clue of what they're doing who don't need to work hard to get a decent time.
It's not about how many people you have in your community, it's about the dedication of the people in it. A thousand people who have completed one run are less important than one person who completed a thousand runs.
All speedrunners of the Bee Movie Game can join our Discord server at the above link to ask for help, show new strats, or discuss anything related (or not) to speedrunning this game.
Don't play with a controller; don't fall for the meme.
I managed to find a digital PC copy of the game you can download for free. I haven't found a digital copy that is legal yet however.
Digital Copy: http://linkdownloadpcgamefree.blogspot.com/2015/07/kung-fu-panda-pc-game.html
Disc copy (all platforms): https://www.amazon.com/Kung-Fu-Panda-PC/dp/B0014ZL9VE
In the event that the website for the digital copy goes down (I only say this because it looks beyond sketchy), I have a downloaded version I will upload through Mega.
Is there any chance that ILs could be added to this leaderboard?
I'm a fan of very short runs, which is why I speedrun Bee Movie Game, but where can I grind for ILs? Perhaps these should also be timed in RTA and an IL leaderboards added as part of this leaderboards.
Done. As far as aesthetics goes, I'm just having trouble customizing the color of PS3 to blue and Xbox 360 to green, it's atm a bit hard on the eyes with the different background colors. Furthermore, I don't know what color the Xbox One should be (Puke got the True Glitchless WR on that platform so it's a necessity). Was thinking a dark red or black would do.

Any suggestions are appreciated considering it is still being worked on. Thought it was interesting to look at.
Would be pretty cool if you could add a "Time improvement" column so it shows how much the runner improved from the previous world record, then saying near the bottom maybe how much the time has improved since Weatherproof's run.
It's recommended to use LiveSplit since the autosplitter is basically already on there, but send me the link to your run and I can time loads out for you if you still need it. For future reference, LiveSplit is where you want to go for load removals.
Glitchless is a community made category of the game that removes the most major glitches to make the rules very simple, make the runs still relatively fast, and to make the category more enjoyable. If you want to run the game as intended, you're going to want to do a speedrun of "True Glitchless".
Puke104's console True Glitchless run (world record right now as far as I am aware):
Rules for True Glitchless: http://pastebin.com/Rc8gQjX9
This category was made to play the game 100% as intended. No one runs it really because it's slow, not fun, and difficult to not break the rules.
Azorokazu was having the same problem if I am correct. To fix it, he started loading up the map by typing the command in console instead of the save file. Could be that your save is corrupted.
Yeah, button mapping is all fine so long as the run is submitted under Xbone for platform.
I will be one hundred percent honest and say that I got confused of what was and wasn't allowed in a run. But in that same run why is the clip at 46:50 allowed (wall run where my head is literally in the vent I run pass) but the jump a little after from the pipe to the vent is not? I'm not saying either one should or shouldn't be allowed, but I've been speed running Glitchless for almost two years at this point and haven't heard of anything about this until Saturday. Today was the first day in a Glitchless run I haven't done the clip since I found out about it when my time was still at 1:30. It just needs some clarification, or maybe some explanation video.
It is in my run at 46:22, but I think I got my answer already. So if it isn't allowed on the Boat specifically, are there spots where it is allowed, and why was it deemed illegal in this instance but not others?
As of now, the Glitchless category says "No OOB, no kickglitch, no slideglitch and no beamer," but tonight and yesterday while I was streaming two runners have told me that in Glitchless mode that clipping is not allowed. I used it on the Boat early on in the chapter for my current PB, which isn't a huge issue because my second best time is only eight seconds slower and is still in the same place. Nonetheless, I need to know for future reference before I continue doing it or not.
