Is it required to get in 1st in all races? Because I just finished a run, and I got 4th in 1 race and all the other races I got 1st, and I still came in 1st overall. So do I need to get 1st in all races?
I was wondering if there is a time that we can set up a tournament for this game. Let me know what you guys think.
This game can also be played on the PS2. Just thought I'd point that out.
Recently I started figuring out how you get a large amount of credits in the first level. I think there should be level categories based on the number of credits you earn in an individual level, and that the person with the highest number of credits gets to be at the top of the leaderboard for those levels. Is there a way to add points on speedrun.com, whereas the person who got the most points gets to be on the top of the leaderboard?
Can you catch all 151 pokemon without glitches or cheating, or are there some pokemon you can't catch normally because of glitches?
Recently I found a glitch in Oil Rig. Edit, 2/10/18: I finally figured out how much time you save throughout the whole. I timed the WR's run of the whole Oil Rig Level and it came out to be 1:01.89. My fastest time (not recorded) came out to be 0:48.39. I originally started the timer on the A-Press input to start the level, however the time between the A-Press input to start the level and the fade in of the level is 4 seconds, so I subtracted the 4 seconds for the two times. Just saying that in case you guys were wondering how I timed it. Using my calculations, we can now come to the conclusion that you could save about 13.5 seconds (maybe more, but I subtracted the two times) if you used the glitch and had the perfect movement.
I've been having second thoughts on whether 100% should be an official category for this game (I am not one of the moderators, but just roll with me on this). The rules for 100% should be all rings collected in the individual levels, but, I have discovered a bug that not very many people are familiar with: Let's say that there are three rings in a row in a certain area of the map. You try to collect them by spindashing towards them, but the ring counter says you collected two rings instead of three. I have no idea why this happens, but I'm sure it's got something to do with the development of the game itself. I am still trying to go through the first stage of the game to see how many rings are in it. But, can 100% be a category for this game? The answer is yeah, kind of. You need to be very specific with your movements. There are no special items that I am aware of that you can collect within the game, so I think the rules to 100% should be collect all rings within the individual levels.
Are we supposed to have 3 CPUs on each board, or can we choose 1 2 or 3 CPU's?
I added these categories because there hasn't been a lot of battles in this game so far, only a lot of Break the Targets. So I thought, "Why not give people a challenge while playing this game?", and along came my idea of a Misc. category, 99 Stock battle against CPU player with or without items. Now, about the "Items" categories, Duplicating the assist trophy is the only item glitch in this game that I know of. If there is another item glitch that I do not know about, please let me know, and I'll see what I can do with the categories I added.
In the rules, it says that WiiVC, and Emulator are banned from the Individual Level Leaderboards. Why is that?
My question is about the use of glitches in the All Cups category. I feel stupid for asking this, but are glitches allowed? Because the rules says nothing about using glitches. It only says "Play through the 150cc cups in order. Timing Starts upon selecting Mushroom Cup. Timing ends upon crossing the SNES Rainbow Road finish line." Also, nearly all of the runs that have been submitted for the All Cups category had no glitches in them, and that made me think that glitches aren't allowed. So are they allowed?
Just so you know, Rabbids Go Home is also playable on the DS. The consoles listed for this game are WiiU, PC, and Wii, and DS is not listed. Just saying.
Any questions about the categories of this game, or the game itself can be asked here.
I wanted to know if you could add a category with the "TIMETOLOSE" cheat activated (like any% or 100% with that cheat activated). Let me know if that is possible. Thanks.
Do you think it's arbitrary to add single shines on the level leaderboards? For example: Bob-omb Battlefield - Shine 1: Any%
I think we should make "10 Man Brawl" and "100 Man Brawl" into level categories. Also, we should do Target Test as a level category. What do you think?
Mario Party 2 has a misc. category where you beat all of the maps on a certain difficulty. And I was wondering if you could add a category for Mario Party where you beat all the maps on a certain difficulty. Let me know if that is possible. Thanks.
