All backwards jumps: That would require either walkathon strats and holding D+R or hundreds of frame perfects to stay facing left. Both Quests MWE: Idk this one would be cool potentially. Marathon race: … no comment MWE NES: Already a category and many people have a TAS tie in that category.

I haven’t heard of that before, could be new but I’ll wait for someone more knowledgable to say for sure. Where would this even save time?
In my opinion it’s too hard for such little time save, and Niftski doesn’t have the time to keep resetting to keep trying the trick even with everything else (DarG fire grab and TAS accel) so yeah he’s not going to go for it unless he has a good reason to do so probably.
Well that’s the thing. Some people (like me) have a major skill issue and can’t run all sports because you HAVE to win all sports.
I’d say that would be good for a category extensions leaderboard when/if that gets made
